BRANDED MERCHANDISE REFUNDS

Damaged item / Low quality print

We take our commitment to providing you with the best quality product very seriously. In case you receive a damaged item or if you believe the print quality is not satisfactory, please contact us at service@deedsnotwords.ca, please include a photograph showing the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The best images are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

Return for any cause

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for reasons beyond unsatisfactory printing. This is because:

  • Each item purchased is customised to your requirements as confirmed in your order.
  • The campaign/ campaign creator that you chose to support relies on the finality of your product choice to ensure that they receive their funds in a timely fashion. This usually happens within 3-4 days of the campaign ending. It would be impossible for us to support campaign creators if they are asked to entertain refund requests.

Money Donations along with our fees and charges, are not refundable.
