Deeds not Words also allows campaign creators to develop fund raising campaigns as an add-on to branded merchandise campaigns*. Activating this functionality only requires checking a check box during campaign creation. At the end of the campaign, we will communicate how much money was raised and remit the funds to the campaign creator after deducting a nominal administrative charge of 3.5% to cover transactional expenses.
In addition we will also post the list of donors in the respective account area. This list is downloadable and registered charities* can elect to issue tax receipts for eligible donations. This is a powerful way to gain legitimacy and commitment from supporters.
*Not available to registered charities in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
